Let's play Butterfly School!  "M" is for mixing!  Let's say "M"  --  "mmm" -- "mixing."  Today Sasha and Rachel are mixing a batch of dough.  Tomorrow they will use the dough to make a special gift!  To mix dough they stir a spoon around and around their bowl.  Rachel pours water into the bowl.  Sasha mixes the water with other ingredients, like flour and salt.  We mix many things, like soup.  Let's pretend to mix something! bulletShare a bowl and spoon.  Practice mixing air or water.
bulletMake pretend soup.  Cut out vegetables from colorful paper to mix in a stainless steel bowl.
