Today in Butterfly School we will learn about paper!  We need trees to make paper.  A tree is made of millions of tiny fibers.  When we cut a tree and peel off the bark, the inside fibers can be shredded in water to make "pulp."  The wet pulp is formed into sheets of paper.  Machines help make new paper but we can make recycled paper at home!
