Feeling Special Teacher Tips Children seek attention, acceptance and appreciation. Children depend on their caregivers for signs that they are special. Every time you express something positive about your child, you help your child feel proud, special and unique. Focus attention on your child's sense of herself. Does she know some of the ways that she is special? As you celebrate the heart this week, take some time to identify the things that are great about your children.
